Welcome! We are two Texans who loaded our wagon in 2016, and headed west to Oregon to experience the Pacific Northwest. We eventually found ourselves at the western edge of the lower 48, living a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean’s shores in Lincoln City, Oregon.
Both Jeff and I have real estate experience in our background from working in real estate sales, rentals, and remodeling from the ground up.
We created this website to share our experience of remodeling a fixer-upper home that kicked off our vacation rental business. We wanted to share what worked, what didn’t, and what we learned along with the way to provide some insight if you’re considering getting in the short rental game.
